Terms of Service – Pairscape

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pairscape ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of Pairscape, including visitors, registered users, and verified users.

2. Who Can Use Pairscape

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pairscape. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have not previously been banned from Pairscape.
Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Pairscape is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, including your gender. Your gender selection is permanent and cannot be changed after registration, as it is used to determine how the Service is provided to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pairscape to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in commercial solicitation.
Impersonate another person or create a false identity.
Share illegal content, including content that is sexually explicit involving minors.
Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading behavior.
Attempt to access another user's account or private data.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund of any purchased points.

5. Points and Payments

Pairscape uses a virtual points system. Male users must maintain a positive points balance to use certain features of the Service. Points can be purchased through the platform using cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.

Points are non-refundable once used.
Unused points may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been initiated.
We reserve the right to modify points pricing at any time.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

6. Verified Users and Payouts

Female users may apply for identity verification. Verified users may be eligible to receive payouts based on platform activity and completed sessions. Payout eligibility, amounts, and timing are determined solely by Pairscape and are subject to change. Payouts are processed via cryptocurrency transfer to the wallet address you provide.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (such as messages and profile information). By using the Service, you grant Pairscape a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Pairscape is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any content sent between users. Users interact at their own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pairscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm resulting from interactions with other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
